Pau Castejón Úbeda is a cinematographer born and based in Barcelona. He completed a degree in cinematography from the Cinema and Audiovisual School of Catalonia (ESCAC) in year 2000, and immediately after he won an Ibermedia scholarship before moving to Mexico City. There, he joined the one year Documentary Specialized Course at CCC.
He started his career in camera and lighting crews, and since 2004 has worked as a cinematographer. He travels a lot, working on international projects with established and reputable production companies as Partizan, Canada, RSA Films, Somesuch and Co, Wanda Paris, Believe Media and Bold among others.

In 2014 he received the Best Cinematography Award at C-FEM for his work on the film Todo Parecía Perfecto, directed by Alejo Levis. The same year he received the Best Cinematography Award at the Berlin Fashion Film Festival for Jumper, directed by Justin Anderson.
